Jen Holzman has more than 10 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, UX, and conversion rate optimization. She also has extensive knowledge of a variety of MarTech including many CMSs, CRMs, ESPs, analytics, testing platforms, and project management systems. She enjoys helping businesses strategically plan and implement innovative technology solutions that establish holistic success.

Jen started her career in digital marketing by designing, building, and marketing small business websites. This background helped to hone her skills in CRO and technical SEO, leading to roles as a strategist and consultant to brands including Volkswagen, Dillard’s, Jacuzzi, Solv, Dr. Scholl’s, BreastCancer.org, Claritin, and hundreds more.

In her work as an agency leader, Jen enjoys creating new standards and processes to help teams produce excellent, ever-evolving client work. She is passionate about fostering innovation and promoting education across departmental teams, ensuring cutting-edge work is produced for valued clients. Her strategic thought leadership has helped empower teams to drive superior client results.

Jen studied at Westfield State University and Naropa University. She is also certified in Google Analytics and Google Ads, and is a BingAds Certified Professional.
